OUR SITES; (3) FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE; (4) ERROR; (5)

OPERATION; (9)COMPUTER VIRUS; OR (10) LINE FAILURE.
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL

HOWEVER,
IN CERTAIN STATES WHERE THE LAW MAY NOT ALLOW US TO
LIMIT OR EXCLUDE LIABILITY FOR THESE INCIDENTAL OR

APPLY AND YOU MAY HAVE THE RIGHT TO RECOVER THESE TYPES

States or in jurisdictions in which we are not licensed

request for a rate quote, you are confirming that you

submitting a request for a rate quote you agree to the
terms and conditions of this license agreement.
This agreement is effective until terminated by either
party. You may terminate this agreement at any
time and without notice to DCI by destroying all
materials you have obtained from DCI sites, together
with all related documentation and all copies, if any.
DCI may terminate this agreement at any time without
notice to you if, in our sole judgment, you breach any
term or condition of this agreement. Upon
termination, you must destroy any and all materials you
have obtained from the DCI sites.
MISCELLANEOUS
These
terms and Conditions, and the agreement they create,
shall be governed by and interpreted according to the
laws of the State of California, without giving effect
to California's conflict of law principles.
If
any provision of this agreement is unlawful, void or
unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity and
enforceability of any remaining provisions.
DCI
may modify these Terms and Conditions, and the agreement
they create, at any time, simply by updating this
posting or the information on its Web sites and without
notice to you.
This
is the entire agreement regarding all the matters that
have been discussed and so stated in the preceding
paragraphs.
